It is a fabric made from cotton and contains elastin or a mixture of cotton and polyester. The sheen of this specific fabric is quite desirable and can be used to produce unisex clothes.

 

Chiffon Fabric

Chiffon is made from cotton fibers and synthetic materials like polyester or nylon. Chiffon has a beautiful drape and is quite shimmery; hence it is a popular choice for evening wears, wedding dresses, and high fashion and can be used as an overlay on top of other designs and flowers. Chiffon has recently been adapted into high fashion and can be seen to be worn by runway models.
